The center also sponsors specialized business workshops. A short-term small business development series is offered each semester by Vista. The center is at 519-17th Street, Suite 210, in Oakland. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Call Faheem Hameed at (510) 893-4114 for information.
